HOME OWNERSHIP EDUCATION

A community of homes and commercial properties are being built by Cross Community CDC in partnership with Kingdom Life Christian Cathedral, and the City of South Bend.

Class Structure

Three 4-week virtual classroom sessions and individual coaching lasting an entire year will be provided free of charge to prospective residents of Kingdom Campus

HOME OWNERSHIP EDUCATION - YOUTH COMPONENT

This additional phase incorporates education for youth and includes learning the basics of establishing and building credit, saving, and learning the importance of home ownership as it relates to generational wealth creation.

Learning money skills and decision making
Understanding short-term vs. long-term goals management
General banking practices
Understanding debt
